Professional Interests: Women’s Health including contraception management, preconception counseling, perimenopause/menopause, and bone and breast health. Dr. Tomerlin is Internal Medicine trained, practices preventative medicine, and is comfortable treating adults with multiple medical conditions including mental health.
Personal Interests: Spending time with family and friends, live music/concerts, DIY projects, gardening, running, biking, tennis, golf, skiing/snowboarding, and boating.
Dr. Tomerlin practices Osteopathic Medicine with a philosophy based on the body is a unit; the person is a unit of body, mind, and spirit. Rational treatment is based upon an understanding of the basic principles of body unity, self-regulation, and the interrelationship of structure and function.
